Lowest Price Guaranteed

Throughout our website, we refer to our Lowest Prices Guaranteed. Any reference to this claim, whether directly or indirectly, means that we will beat the price of a competitor’s bid for Mold Remediation and Mold Removal Services only - Mold Inspections and any other services we offer are excluded from this Guarantee.

In order to be eligible for our Lowest Price Guarantee offer, you must provide a written estimate from the competitor and the estimate from the competitor must contain the same scope of work as our estimate.

You must also provide the competitor’s written estimate within 30 days of receiving our estimate and prior to any work being started by us or a competitor.

Once we beat the competitor’s price (we will do so in writing with a revised Scope of Work reflecting the new lower price), you have 30 days to hire us before our Low Price Guaranteed offer expires, unless we agree to extend the offer beyond the 30 days.

You must hire us to be eligible for our Lowest Price Guaranteed offer. Once work begins, either by us or a competitor, the Lowest Price Guaranteed offer is no longer eligible and no refunds, exchanges, credits will be issued.

The competitor’s bid must come from a competitor who is licensed, insured, certified and in business offering mold removal and remediation services at least three years.

Any competitor bid that is done fraudulently, under false pretenses, or with the intent to mislead or misrepresent will not be eligible for this offer.

Competitor's special offers, rebates, etc. are excluded from this offer. Any conditions required to qualify for the lower price from our competitor will also be required to retain us.
