Mold Inspections/Testing

There are three basic steps Moldman takes with every Mold Inspection.

Step 1:

A Moldman professional conducts a 4-point inspection of property. This includes:

1. Environmental Assessment
2. Visual Inspection
3. Bulk/Surface Sampling
4. Air Quality Analysis

Step 2:

The samples are sent to a laboratory. Moldman contacts you within a couple of days and provides a report detailing the type and quantities of mold present & how they should be removed, per EPA guidelines.

Step 3:

A Moldman professional gives a same-day quote for Remediation/Removal services.
